PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE SCEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
- Upon scheduling your appointment, we require a Non-Refundable Deposit of $90 to secures your appointment. Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if there is an error on our part. Your deposit will be included in the total balance for services rendered. Ex. We call you to reschedule your appoint due to family emergencies or inclement weather. Please do not contact us via SOCIAL MEDIA!
- There is absolutely NO REFUNDS. If you have any questions regarding services, please feel free to voice it out, and we will be glad to assist you. If you have any concerns regarding your hair after installation, please bring it up with management and we will address them within 5 business days.
- Please NOTIFY US when you are running late, with a phone call, or text message ONLY.
- A NO CALL, NO SHOW will not be tolerated, and will result in a full charge of service. If you cannot make your appointment at the assigned date, please let us know within 24hrs. We will be glad to accommodate you at a convenient date that will work for both you and your stylist.
